Return Policy:

The people at TrueCraftware are working constantly to improve your online shopping experience on our site to make sure you’ll always be fully satisfied with your purchase here. We understand that sometimes an item is not the right fit and we gladly will accept returns on purchases that remained unused and in their original packaging. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on seasonal or promotional items. 

We accept returns up to 30 days from when you received your order.

As our products ship free, customers that would like to return their order are responsible to ship the product back at their own expense.  There are no restocking fees!

Contact us immediately about any items that you received defective or damaged and we will gladly cover the return shipping fee- contact our team and we will provide you with a return shipping label.

Refunds are given as ‘Money Back’  in the same method as the original payment.

Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order. If your order was not yet processed we can cancel it right away with no cancellation fee. See our return policy for processed orders.

Shipping Policy:

 

We are thrilled to announce that all our orders SHIP FREE!

To protect against any fraudulent behavior, we currently ship all orders to the billing address. Of course we understand that sometimes you may need it delivered to an alternate address, so be in touch with us so that we can assist you with that.

Unfortunately we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses.

We offer standard shipping with UPS or USPS for all our products. Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 business days with the exception of over-sized items. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your shipping information and tracking number. Should there be any sort of delay with shipping or processing your order, we will notify you via email. You can also log in on our website to view order status and tracking in the My Account section. If you forgot your password, just select the “Forgot Password” button and we will send you a temporary password to use.

Contact us should you require a more expedited method of shipping. If possible, we will happily accommodate you  with any non-standard method of shipping at an additional cost.

 

Sales Tax:

We are located in New York State and are required by law to collect sales tax on all shipments located within the State of New York. NY Sales tax is currently 8.875%

Payments:

Your card will be charged when your order is ready to ship. We can only send out your order once full payment is received.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as Apple Pay, Paypal , Diners Club International and JCB.
